I've struggled with my color photos at this venue in the last two bouts. I briefly considered bringing more firepower to the bout, but in the end I brought less. Which means most of the photos were taken with my black and white camera because it's a bit more sensitive to the overall light than the color camera.

Before the bout, Skate Like a Girl showed us how to skate,

During warm ups I tried dragging the shutter on the color photos a bit,

but the photos where I tried this during the bout were garbage and I had to discard them.

Sometime last July, I updated my derby portfolio. And then I proceeded to not apply for a credential at any of the WFTDA playoff tournaments.

For the first time in 9 years I didn’t attend a playoff tournament with or without a camera. Instead, I bought a t-shirt from Derby Central.
